The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight was shot in England and New York, including London and New York City. According to reports, principal photography on the romantic film began in January 2021 and lasted around a month, with production wrapping up in February of the same month.

Since most of the story takes place in London, the production team decided to film a large part of The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight in the English capital. In addition to scenes set in London, the parts of John F. Kennedy International Airport where Hadley and Oliver first meet were shot at London Stansted Airport on Bassingbourn Road in Stansted.

In February 2021, the cast and crew were spotted by a large number of passers-by and onlookers in Greenwich Park while taking night shots on location.

As for the scenes inside the plane where Hadley and Oliver bond during their six-hour flight, they would have been shot in one of London's film studios, such as Kennington Film Studios, London North Studios and Troubadour Meridian Water Studios.
