This breakthrough could prove decisive in the fight against growing resistance to existing antibiotics.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prediction_des_molecules_performantes\"><\/span>Prediction of high-performance molecules<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>James Collins from MIT, co-author of the study, explains that the aim was to evaluate the potential efficacy of certain molecules as antibiotics using AI models.
